"Having a Beachview was the only nice thing. I spent my vacation there after asking for a smoke room and was told we can smoke on the balcony by a staff member then to be told I couldn't. Then they never came to clean my room, after being there for 2 days ( which I was there for a total of 5 days) ..."

"I went to check into a balcony room that I PAID for precheck in and the desk agent tried to finesse me out of my room asking if “I needed” a balcony…I wouldn’t have paid for one if I didn’t “need” it. Other than that everything thing else was fine"
