My room was amazing, however the drinks were just sugar and the best food they had was at Zarape, which you have to make a reservation for. Also for adults only hotel they stop serving drinks and no activities after 11.
Definitely better places to stay. Also beach access is minimal.

Receptionist with bad attitude. No information was given about room location, restaurants activities etc. concierge staff not helpful or friendly. 95% of restaurants servers rude and would treat you accordingly to the bracelet color you wear (upgrade level). I would think twice before returning to this hotel.
