Airport Shuttle area E was not immediately in the obvious location next to D. Shuttle was delayed due to roadway construction?

Staff was amazing, only one (minor) complaint. The lighting in the room as well as the elevator was very dark. I needed to use my iPhone flashlight :-)

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

The stay was pleasant, and the hotel, while simple, is well located and suited my needs. The breakfast was good. I believe the overall experience could be even better with an improvement in the quality of the bed linen, towels, and pillows.

Exceptional hotel. Great staff and dining options and walkable to shopp8ng museums etc.
