What a delightful respite from the heatwave outside. The funky design elements make the room really stand out without being offensive. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great shower! Also of note are the fabulous rooftop bar and Palomar restaurant which was pure 'chef's kiss'.

The overall experience was ok.
Found overall that staff were not very friendly and not very helpful. They did not seem to like being in the hospitality industry. There were a few exceptions during our 6 night stay.
The room was fine, clean and beds and pillows comfortable.

The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem.
