Good hotel, conveniently located.

The front desk staff are friendly but the shuttle driver is not who should be trained.

Elevator operation is very inefficient. Face wash drainage is somehow plugged.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms/hotel as quiet. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The rain type shower head was ok. It at least had good water pressure. The cost of parking overnight in their underground parking garage is NOT included in your stay. The cost was $50/night. There was nothing to let us know what the cost was until we got there. Way too much to pay. They also nickle & dime you for breakfast. There is no continental breakfast and a cup of coffee costs $3. We may stay there again, if in the area, but I'll research for cheaper parking. $50/night is ridiculous.

The room was quiet and clean. Check-in was very easy to do electronically for late arrival.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hotel Washington! The hotel is gorgeous - it feels like a special place to stay. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. The location simply can’t be beat; I travelled with my sons who are 12 and 9, and it was very easy to walk to everything - and get back to the room if they needed a break. I won’t stay anywhere else in DC!

Issa was exceptional with his recommendations and professionalism!! Staff worked diligently in keeping the space welcoming and clean!!

Best hotel yet love it here will come again

If you're looking at this hotel, go ahead and book it! Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired). Added bonus: the signature house fragrance is unspeakably delicious. You will love your stay here!

We had a nice comfortable stay.

Exactly what you’d expect an an older Holiday Inn. The breakfast and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Locks on the room doors didn’t read the card keys very well so you have to give it at least a few tries each time you return to the room. Overall a pleasant stay.
