Very clean and had exactly what we needed. Nothing special, but easy access and great service by hospitality for supporting our needs

Nice pool set up. Great location— short walk to Disney Springs where there are tons of shops and restaurants. Decent rooms with good breakfast option.

Our stay started off rough. I checked in at 3.40pm. Our room was not available yet. We were told we'd get a text when the room was ready. 3 hours later, i got a survey text asking how my room was and meand my family still did not have a room to go to yet. Pool areas were well kept and clean. Staff and service was great. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. 30 min after opening, items were not refilled. Only scrambled eggs were available. Fried eggs was an extra charge. I thought that was ridiculous. The actual room we stayed in was great, modern and clean. Amenities available was a plus, ie laundry machines with provided detergent, etc.

Air conditioning made too much noise and we had no hot water, nice staff and amenities.
