The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and very fair cost! Location was close to everything!

Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again

This hotel really is excellent. Beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition, in both our room and all public areas. We were there during the recent heatwave and the air-conditioning in our room really proved its worth. Beyond the building itself, other areas of excellence were the friendly/helpful staff, the complimentary drinks and snacks each day on the patio and the well-stocked mini-bar, also included in the room rate and refilled each day. Location also ideal for the tourist areas around Stephansdom. Best hotel we've used in a very long time.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.

The only thing future guests need to know is this: there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed during the current European heat wave, and the room was unbearably hot, especially at night. There was simply no way to cool the room down. The only air-conditioned area was the lobby, and many guests came downstairs at night because their rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. I won’t comment on the breakfast or the room itself because, in these temperatures, none of that matters. If you are visiting during the summer, be aware that the rooms do not have air conditioning. This is something guests should know before booking.

It is a great hotel. Everything was awesome, location, breakfast, room, staff, everything. I will remember that breakfast for ever!
