Lovely place to stay when you are in Sendai

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed, and I have travelled to world many times.

The curtains are too bright to sleeping

I loved the hot spring bath. The breakfast was average,. Our rooms were smaller than expected. The location is good. Our biggest complaint is that we did not feel the staff was particularly welcoming of foreign guests.

We tried both Japanese room and western room and both are good but we preferred the latter. We also love having snacks and drinks in the lounge area and it’s free. I don’t drink alcohol but my family members do and they love it. The onsen is also good.

The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.
