Chinatown Fishing Vacations

Avoid this hotel unless this is your only option which was ours. There was only one man working, trying to check in, helping customers, answering phones, going to the hotels rooms to check on room conditions. He was doing literally EVERYTHING that came to his way, he was not friendly due to overwhelemed. It took us over an hour to check into the hotel, we were exhausted on waiting, even considered to leave our reservation. Our room was fine, nothing special, but the air conditioning did not work very well. The reason we stayed at this hotel is due to our early flight out of Brussels. The hotel staff told us to go outside and stand in front of the hotel to wait for the shuttle, we arrived 15 mins. early, stood there, but no shuttle. We went back and asked again if the shuttle is coming, another hotel staff said you have to walk to the bus stop where is at the end of the road to catch the shuttle. We immediately ran there, but the airport shuttle left a few minutes earlier than scheduled. The hotel did order a taxi for us, but this ordeal made us late to our flight which we almost missed our flight home. If you ever flown out of Brussel Airport, it's one of the most badly ran and busy airport. The whole ordeal made us so stressed out.

Great service overall

The hotel is close to the airport. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle does not run 24/7. So get informed. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant food was really good. I would stay again.

Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Collection Hotel! The amenities were great and very modern, will stay there all over again when in the city .

Very convenient, comfortable bed, walkable area. Enjoyed our stay!
