Holy Cross Mountains Fishing Vacations

Great location close to the old town and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful- we had an early trip booked and they were happy to provide a breakfast bag as we would be missing breakfast. Room was clean and smelled lovely every time we entered it.

All great. And location was prime!

Had an incredible stay here and an amazing time in krakow. The front desk were more than helpful with directions and recommendations and the fab fusion restaurant on site was fantastic also. I dont have any negatives about our stay here. We truly enjoyed the hotel and the city

The elevator was broken and I got stuck in it. They didn’t compensate me for the inconvenience. I ended up using the stairs many flights through a hot stairwell many times.

Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most certainly book Hotel Stary again. Thank you hotel stary for a lovely stay
