Napa Valley Fishing Vacations

Quirky decor, friendly staff, central air conditioning, quiet rooms, cute bathroom with walk-in shower, comfy bed, really nice gym. One of the best hotels in SF! Only thing missing from the room was a microwave, but the front staff reheated food for me.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Check-in staff was very polite and professional. The property was beautiful and close to lots of shops and restaurants at the Wharf.

The hotel was perfect, great location, clean and in a spot that was easy to get around Frisco!

The room was overall clean, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there’s no air conditioning, but the windows open and allow in a nice fresh breeze. Additionally, the rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, which is a plus. Lastly, parking costs $68 per night, so be mindful of that additional expense. However, this is fairly typical for San Francisco, where parking is limited throughout the city.

Very nice property and location, with friendly staff and wonderful bath products. The bed was truly exceptional and very comfortable. My only fault is the hotel is feeling very 2000s luxe and dated (but the price is reflective of this to be fair)

This was my second stay at the Fairmont. My first stay was 5 stars all the way. The second time my room was tiny, the toilet ran, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, I called twice to the front desk for help or even acknowledgement of my situation. No return call or outreach. For the price I paid, it was not great customer service. Don’t know if I’ll return. I do believe the primary problem was they were booked up and understaffed. Disappointing.

Everything was super nice we loved our stay! The breakfast is pretty wonderful would def stay here again.

This hotel and staff were great. Our room was like an apartment with everything we needed for a week stay. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Staff were amazing. If you need something, or have any questions about anything, just ask. They go out of their way to help. Our room had plates, cutlery, bowls, etc. for when we didn't feel like going out to dinner or wanted to make a lunch for the next day. There's a Trader Joe's a couple of blocks away and a couple other small grocery stores closer. They do not do daily housekeeping, but it's more like an apartment so I can totally understand. It would be a lot to clean each unit every day. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else while in town. The local area is right downtown, but we didn't have any issues. Buss stops we needed were all within a few block walk.
