The rooms were comfortable and clean. The family loved the swimming pool which was nice, clean and not crowded. I love the TV in the suite which has internet access. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and they made us felt very welcomed and at home. The spa was nice and good value.
We appreciated that the supervisor, Corina, acted promptly when she heard that the marbled floor condensed badly during the night and resolved the problem quickly.
The fact that the tap water could be used to boil water was so much appreciated after we went to the second hotel with tap water that could not be drunk.
The stained toilet seat in the suite could use a change though. The beach was not as clean as I would like but the tiny crabs tunnelling in the sand made up for it.
Overall, the hotel is value for money.
