Very good hotel and sea view rooms

Absolutely flawless stay – if I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The staff at The Danna Langkawi truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind, humble, and genuinely caring, constantly checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. They offered thoughtful suggestions on what to see and do around the island and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The room and property were immaculate. Housekeeping was incredible – the room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and every detail was perfectly handled without us even having to ask. The whole hotel feels calm, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with a real focus on guest comfort. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury hotels around the world, but this was by far the best. The attention to detail and the warmth, humility, and professionalism of the staff set this place apart. We left feeling truly cared for, and we will definitely be back.

We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price.

This hotel could definitely do with a lick of paint (and a few more power sockets in the rooms) but don’t let that distract you from this being an amazing place to stay. The staff were so friendly & helpful, the grounds were beautiful & the location was great. Highly recommend a stay, you won’t regret it
