The hotel is in a great location to get around.
The staff in the hotel are very helpful and courteous.
Room was nice and clean. Building was having some external work being done which obstructed views and got a not noisy but notices around the hotel and room informed you of this.

Great location and a decent place to lay your head at night. Rooms are small but space is used well and bathrooms are plenty big. Main issue was the bed with mattress that fell off in the middle of the night and they allow people to smoke right outside the entrance so you gotta walk through that and it even smells like cigarette smoke inside. It seems Copenhagen is quite expensive so we appreciated the good location and relative value, but they could stand to improve a few things as well.
