Amazing staff and a great place to stay. The food was well priced and very good. We arrived early and the staff worked hard to get us in our room early. Nadia gave a get restaurant suggestions. Everyone was effiant, respectful and very helpful.

Clean rooms and excellent location

The rooms are inconsistent—some have more furniture than others in the same price category. However, even rooms on higher (and more expensive) floors suffer from scratched and uneven walls. The curtains may not be technically dirty, but they look worn and dingy, especially the outer sheer layer. The desk lamps are hard to turn on and require a frustrating amount of effort to click properly. As for the pool, it is a major disappointment; given the room rates, guests definitely expect a proper, decent-sized pool. We also experienced a complete lack of hot water in the shower, and an overall sense of neglect throughout the property. To top it off, the Wi-Fi simply does not work in several rooms. On the bright side, the staff is very responsive and always quick to try and help. The restaurant is exceptional—serving delicious food and staffed by wonderful, warm waiters and hostesses.
