Had the absolute best, relaxing and peaceful time for my week stay here! My mom and I were doing a girls trip and coming back from our daily activities greeted with a smile from the Bell Boys and the valet attendants; not to mention walking into a cool, clean room, made the world of a difference. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful every interaction we made. There are so many yummy food options a short walk away, Lulu’s is a must; and the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. So thankful for the staff here, definitely will be recommending and returning!

If you are used to a higher end hotel/resort, this is not for you. If you like the idea of a quaint hotel with a cultural Hawaiian feel that focuses on relationships, then you need to stay here. The front desk staff felt like ohana by the end of our trip. The GM went out of her way to make sure and get to know us and share more about the island. It was obvious her staff is valued and enjoy working there. There is a $15 per day amentities fee that gives you the use of beach towels, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee bar each morning, drinking water, books to borrow, and Wang Chung's karaoke bar in the evening. This hotel is one block away from Waikiki Beach.

Great place to stay when visiting the park.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great to have the option of long term parking.
