Clean hotel and great location. Should remove the luggage fee, they make you pay 3USD per bag just hold it if the room is not ready or if you need to check out early which is absurd.
No other hotel does that.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and old school charm. Good location. Only thing that's missing is a proper restaurant, but there are plenty of options in the area. Highly recommend for the price.

Such an amazing experience. High end luxury hotel right in the heart of manhattan. Staff is fantastic. Had a lovely concierge (Christian) who gave us great recommendations for food and entertainment in the area. Highly recommend!

I stayed here because my daughter was in Langone Hospital and it was very convenient to walk there, and to restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable.

It was a great day very easy check-in process and we really enjoyed the easy parking as well. The room is very spacious and has two bathrooms if you get the room that sleeps for so this is amazing especially for the city. The rate was also really affordable considering we booked the night before and the location was phenomenal. So highly recommend this place staff was amazing as well.
