Check in was awful we felt no information was given at the port really struggled to follow what was going on . Cases late and needed access to them as room check in only at 3pm, we felt information could have been given on booking. At the port it was rushed and on arrival at the resort was very rushed. The video presentation was awful , information given in 5 minutes , no help for people who didn’t have up to date phones . Poor
The place is beautiful and the room was fabulous we had a lovely time but would not return .
