"We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with pool. The villa was clean and large. There is complimentary snacks and water which get re-stocked every day. The villas are situated away from the main drag but the complimentary shuttle which is available anytime is only a 10 minute ride away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool off in. Only 8 villas so nice and quiet"

We were celebrating a special occasion so took advantage of having their private chef come in & cook for us. Chef Lee created a wonderful meal for us. Shuttle to beach is so convenient. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Villa surrounding was secluded. Difficult to get grab as there is no address to the Villa. Luckily the is a hotel across the road where we can eat. If not you will only have the 7-11 outside. There is a massive black out a few hours before we check out to sum up our holiday. "

"The Beatles Lagoon is perfect for the traveler looking for some peace and quiet. It is not a far drive from some great sites, food, and beaches and it is not in the heart of the city bustle and noise. It is a beautiful set up and the room was private and clean. I did have ants show up one day and the staff were so wonderful to take care of it quickly. Highly recommend! "

"Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing pool, close to the market and Adamanda water park. Kids loved the games room with PS5. Nice roof pool with great view of Phuket. A very clean hotel and lovely staff. Only one thing, the rooms need time to cool down so i would advise to take two room keys and leave one in the room so it cools down for the night. "
