"Very nice property that is well maintained and accessible. The staff was always kind, friendly and attentive. However, we experienced one less than pleasant dining event at their Laku restaurant. After two hours of sitting and several mixups with plating we up and left. We ended up going to their beach restaurant, Kabang. Once staff at that site caught wind of our bad dining experience, their staff did a phenomenal job making up for the shortcoming of Laku. Furthermore, they were apologetic and genuinely sorry for the lackluster service and experience we had. The following day, a manager in training (Spanish young lady) came over and showed face, heard us out and graciously offered to make up for the experience we had. It was a kind gesture and our only request was to address our concerns for the visitors coming behind us. Aside from this dining experience, my wife and I enjoyed our one week stay. I would certainly visit again if the opportunity presented itself."
