Nice Hotel ! Really friendly !! Best locations !!

The location was excellent, staff responsive, the breakfast was great but several maintenance issues required attention: 1. The bathroom drain emitted an unpleasant odor, though it was promptly cleaned after we reported it. 2. We noticed two bugs in the bathroom; staff sprayed the area and resolved the issue quickly. 3. The bathroom window was not securely attached and could detach if opened fully. This was reported at checkout. 4. The mattress became uncomfortable and collapsed by the third night; the issue was also reported. 5. Ongoing construction beneath our window caused significant noise, which had not been disclosed prior to our stay. 6. The shower curtain did not adequately prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, so we had to be careful to keep water from flowing into the room beneath the door.

The AC was a little noisey .... The Breakfast was not FREE If you want a quiet side of Venice this is your spot...However there is nothing there.. and I mean nothing
