7.8/10 Good! (1,098 reviews)
Despite asking for a nonsmoking room they assigned us a smoking room. For three days we could smell some residue. At desk we were told all balcony rooms were smoking rooms so be careful when you book with them.

Pleasant staff upon check in. Clean room, comfortable bed and linens. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was great. I would definitely stay here again before a departure back home.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,002 reviews)
"Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy. Location is also great! If I had to say something needed to be upgraded was the shower. I felt cramped having to move the glass enclosure over so the water wouldn't go all over the floor."
