Excellent staff and the place was immaculate. Breakfast are delicious and the view of the lake outstanding. The bed and the pillows were the best we had slept on the last 10 days. Excellent wine selection to sip on and enjoy the view at night

You cant beat the location of this hotel, right next ro the train and boat station, right next to Piazza de Duomo and all the shops and restaurants. Just walk out and you are on the waterfront! Breakfast is great, staff are lovely and most of the hotel has been refurbished and is looking great! Some areas I imagine are still needing to be done, but does not spoil the stay. The room is large and the bathroom is clean and fresh (massive bathtub, the shower space is a little small, but again absolutely fine). We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%!

The room was clean and well maintained, the staff cleaned every day and kept the hotel in nice order. The receptionists were kind and accommodating and it was a very decent breakfast for 5€.
