LOVED the hotel and staff was great. Beautiful, well-appointed room with no issue. Only thing…charged a surprise $23. “amenity fee” for absolutely nothing but two bottles of water. Expedia claims to include all fees. This is apparently not so. Parking was also $50. through the hotel (easy) with in and out privileges, and access til midnight even after checking out. Nix the “amenities fee” which offers nothing extra at all, and you have 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. From the moment we booked, Demetri went above and beyond by helping us secure one of the best harbor view rooms, and it truly made our weekend special. Waking up to the waterfront views was unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel bar was excellent, with great cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Boston and want an exceptional waterfront experience, I highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I wish there was a more convenient and affordable selection for non alcoholic. drinks in the hotel
