Arrived late in the evening on a rainy night. The Carriage house was nice but dark outside to find where it is away from the main building. Overall a very good place to stay away from the village. Breakfast made by "Uncle Joe ' was very good with hot coffee and apple scones. Would stay here again.

Was clean and nice. Breakfast was good ..dinner was not so .. gray burger.. uggg.. got the beef tips could not chew. Got the onion soup. Raw onions and broth.. we made reservations for 730 so after that most places close at 9 in town I gess I was a bad boy go to bed with no dinner.. lol...

No hot water in the morning! Also unable to get into room with electronic entry . No one on site to help! Had to call sister hotel and leave a message . Finally spoke with someone and was able to enter.

We didn’t see any staff there. The room was ok but the bed was too high and very inconvenient and uncomfortable. They provided a step stool but of no use as it may hurt during night time when you get up to go to the bathroom. The room was basic walk up. Nothing extraordinary. Also, the restaurant did not serve food and we had go to Conway around 7 miles to get something. Overall the stay was so so.

Dmstaff was great. Helped with everything. Rooms and property need a bit of a redo but it is an Inn in the mountains. Views gorgeous and very nice breakfast!

The staff were friendly and cordial and it was wonderful to just walk down stairs and have dinner !The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet.

The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples,oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels . Rooms at Marriott, Hilton, no name motels were 2+ times higher in price the same time we stayed for the Fair. The hot water did work when we first arrived as my wife took her shower but not in the morning..

The Inn hits the mark in the regular categories but as an Inn it lacks that personal touch from registrations to check-ins, to restaurant reservations, to check out. Even AB&B owners communicate on a personal basis albeit online - but it’s a real personal contact. If the convenience of contactless almost everything appeals, it works well. Please don’t misunderstand, the staff were excellent and our drinks and dinner were good. (They were out of 2 different Red wines from the wine list.) The “breakfast included” was as advertised-self service hot drinks and pick-up pastries. Other Inns take pride in serving lovely breakfasts but it’s not part of the package here.

La chambre était très chaude à notre arrivée, ça puait l'humidité, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et de toiles d'araignées. On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience.
