Butler Townhouse was well located for this part of Dublin with easy bus access into downtown. The entry procedure was complicated yet could have been easily accessible. The decor was quite dated in our room and unbalanced. It was a quirky, unique experience.

The front desk staff were excellent, the bar and restaurant staff were not!
The property has definitely declined, have stayed there several times and was very disappointed with the run down look of the rooms. The hotel rooms definitely needs freshening up, I would hesitate to recommend the hotel in its current state!

Good sized room.Nicely decorated.
Room was very warm- there was a fan in the room but AC would have been more appropriate.
A walk in shower would have been easier to use.Grab rail next to bath was loose.
Generous amount of tea and coffee.
Friendly staff on reception and at breakfast.
I thought breakfast was included with the twin room as it wasn't offered as an extra.We had to pay at the hotel.On the website you can book breakfast for other rooms as an extra and its cheaper than paying the hotel.

Great location, facing the 3 Arena, with a stop for the Luas straight outside the front doors. Our room had, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and tv! Bathroom was spacious with a bath/shower. The best bit of our stay was the amazing breakfast, with something for everyone, I’m gluten free and I was spoilt for choice!
