Stayed in the hotel for 3 days...the rooms were renovated, (been here before) the dining area too. Location is excellent, walking distance to St Peter Square, Sistine Chapel, Metro to Termini...
Staff area great...helped us with the directions ...Martha and Monica are Wonderful!!!

Outstanding Service and Perfect Location
Our stay at CC Palace Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The location is ideal — close to Termini Station yet tucked away in a quiet street, making it easy to explore Rome while still getting a peaceful night’s rest. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable.
Special thanks to Alessandra, who greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, and Giorgia at the front desk in the evenings, who went above and beyond with wonderful dinner recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both elegant and welcoming.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs
