Emily checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic. She was cordial and engaging. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, Emily was always available to help with anything we needed. The staff at breakfast was great. I would stay at this location again. I would not take the airport shuttle. It’s too much of a pain. I definitely would Uber to the hotel. I Uber to the airport this morning. Best way to do it.

Absolutely super.
Large room. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean.
Great restaurant with friendly helful staff.
All staff seem to speak english well.
Huge breakfast selection.
Big free carpark.
Large wet-room type shower room, with seperate W/C room.
My only (very minor) gripes were the rather weak shower water pressure and the air-conditioning was going flat out for 2 days and could only get the room down to 22 degrees.

Very clean hotel, a little run down in places. Would not stay here again. The restaurant was closed so had to travel for food. We wasn’t told the restaurant would be closed otherwise I would have requested to stay elsewhere, really disappointing.

Great location but the service of front desk and the rooms not having good ac system make this more of a 3.5-4 star hotel not the typical 5 star I am use too.
Gregory at concierge was awesome!
Had to change rooms twice and ac system in both rooms were not working or not that great to cool down the room
