    "The room was clean, had a refrigerator, safe & coffee maker & supplies. They also had coffee maker and cold water in the lobby for us to use. You have to ask for the room to be serviced daily. The negative is that the room location was not good. You can hear the elevator going up and down all night. Also, no privacy because all the room in the back face a corridor and each other which meant you can’t open the curtain. The hotel is near shopping & food facilities. Walkable to the train..."

    "Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. Staff was amazing! We got there before our room was ready, but were able to drop our bags. When we came back, the staff had already taken our bags to our room for us (no small task as there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs). Very helpful woman at the front desk and later a young man who helped us arrange a taxi for the next morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!"

    "The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch.
