Queen Elizabeth Hall Tours

No complaints. Everything was lovely. They were painting the lobby but did not disturb me while working in the lobby. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and spacious, but it was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. A couple of the plug sockets were also out of order. After booking, we received a message asking whether we already had the entry code, as the hotel is no longer staffed and there’s no reception. We replied to say we didn’t, but never heard back. When we arrived, we had to phone to get the code. There was a poster on the door with the details, but it was very faded and difficult to read. The room itself was pleasant and having a bath was a nice touch, but there was no shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Very convenient location though with great access to restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Excellent location. 09
