I had a great stay here. The hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver — you can walk to Gastown and Chinatown. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained. The staff provide service on the level of a five-star hotel: professional, attentive, and welcoming. Parking isn’t cheap, but it’s worth the price, and on rainy days you can access the parking lot through the 3rd floor, which is really convenient. The hotel also provides free water. And the welcome cookie in the lobby is honestly amazing. 🍪 Highly recommend.

A charming hotel with a lovely bar area and nicely appointed room.

This place is perfect for location to see concerts. It is clean and linen is good quality. It is very new and crisp. 3 king beds and large gathering area.

Karen checked us in and went well above what was expected. She was very kind and welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday and we came back to our room with a nice message and a very delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good variety selections for breakfast. Easy access to the Metro Town mall without going outside. A lots of restaurants near by.
