Best spot to stay in Chicago!

Everything here is great; staff is friendly, good parking nearby, clean and lots of amenities!

The hotel is walking distance to the Millennium Park and to Soldier Field. Saved on money for transportation

The facility is very nice, dated, but still displays a touch of elegance. It is located in a very safe area. I would certainly return here.

Close walking distance to the Magnificent Mile and other attractions but room was in poor condition.

I loved it all. Brought my 5 year old grandson Mateo and they catered to him including their kid room key card , a treasure chest choice, a hat and stuffed animal and his own kid sized robe. He spilled some food in restaurant and we apologized profusely, but they waved it off saying they were family friendly. Loved the pool, loved the hot tub, loved how kind and friendly staff was

It's a great historic and beautiful hotel. The lication is convenient and walkable.

Pros: Property itself was very nice. Staff were great. Location was in distance to walk around. Cons: Property exterior is under construction so finding the actual front entrance was tough. Had an issue with toilet and shower draining slow that was never resolved over the weekend stay. If not for the issue with the shower and toilet it would have been a great stay.
