Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property.

We had 4 full days on property and had a fabulous experience. Our room was spacious and mornings on the lanai with coffee were grand. Pool was clean and having direct beach access was fantastic! Already looking ahead to our next stay here.

It was our a second time staying here & we were met with the same hospitality by the staff as last time. We were impressed with how they handled the major storm and how accommodating they were towards us.
