Had a beautiful stay here before a Disney cruise. The ocean view rooms are true ocean views. My kids were amazed and woke up to watch the sunrise every day. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming and it was very relaxing.

Overrated. A lot of kids. Overpriced, and they do everything to squeeze money out of you. For instance, they stock the fridges so that you cannot put in your own personal water, left overs, etc. the items in the fridge are on sensors so if you move anything to put your personal items in, you get charged.
Also for how much you pay, the amenities in the room were subpar. Outdated TVs with no streaming service. No robes or slippers, etc. dirty windows. The whole room lacked the luxurious feel, which you pay for.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.
