Great place to have board members stay

The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came into contact with greeted us warmly — genuinely welcoming, not scripted. The highlight was when the manager personally came to our room to wish my wife a happy birthday and surprised her with macaroons and a handwritten birthday card. That level of thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and unforgettable. Even small details didn’t go unnoticed. The doorman took the initiative to make sure our Uber pulled fully into the hotel driveway so we wouldn’t have to step out into the cold such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care. We could not have been more impressed. This is hospitality done right elegant, warm, and intentional. We will absolutely be back.

Staff was great, and were very helpful when I had questions about the Metro and traveling around the city.

Good staff at the bar

Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. When the heat kicked on it blew in some sort of smelly air that we also noticed in the hallways.
