Our stay here was excellent! The staff were friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for the city. The room we stayed in and the hotel were very clean and newly renovated. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence!

We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult.

Loved the location and cleanliness, only complaint was the pillows and beds weren't comfortable. (Mattress were hard and pillows too thin)

Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.
