My son and I stayed for two nights, and we couldn’t be more impressed! It was AWESOME in every way! Great neighborhood, close to everything you’d need. The hotel gym was AWESOME, and the breakfast was second to none (a huge variety of great food). The staff was AWESOME as well. Honestly, it was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

I had a great stay at the Sutton Place Hotel Toronto. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, it was a very lovely stay, I will definitely be back and do recommend!

My room was always clean

We have stayed here twice, as it is close to the airport. Staff are always welcoming and helpful , rooms are clean. Our last room did smell like cigarettes though.

Customer service was amazing, they upgraded our room upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our night special. Room was beautiful designed, heated floors, comfy bed and had everything we needed and more. Location was great would definitely come here again.

Superb room very clean and everything smelt amazing to the lobby, elevator and room. Very nice gym but could be expanded such as providing complimentary protein bars. Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel.
