I love the location of this hotel. My only minor complaint was that my bed was lumpy. The other bed in the room was not. But like I said it was a minor thing.

Absolutely loved it here. The staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel rooms are gorgeous – they also seem to be pretty sound proofed. Would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Toronto!

Excellent location in downtown Toronto close to everything. Some items like slippers or extra towels I thought would automatically be in our room, but the staff were super friendly and always quickly brought us everything we asked for. Would stay again if I'm in town.
