Very close to the airport. Lobby welcoming and clerk very professional. Check in was fast and amenities explained. Room was lovely, well appointed and beds super comfy.

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff, easy walk or tram from Union Station. Lots of places to eat out within radius of 10 minutes walk. If you are a light sleeper you will want a room away from the lifts as the lift arrival chime is quite intrusive. The room doors slam shut as well which can be noisy down the corridors.

This is a standard 4-star hotel, nothing special, but quality nonetheless. Staff was very friendly and attentive and of course quite professional. Great area to be a tourist. Garage is tight, but managable. Great place to stay if visiting Toronto.

This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience.

The room was clean. Wish they fixed the middle door when entering the hotel.
