The room was in okay condition and the staff was friendly.
The entire place including elevators and hallways reeked of smoke. Will not stay here again because of this.

Staying in the H Tower is definitely the way to go. The extra perks from staying in that tower — like access to breakfast and dinner (“bites” can truly be a full dinner) at The Lanai, are so worth it.
