Decent hotel, with a nice walk into the centre.

“Great breakfast” is the biggest lie I’ve heard from Expedia so far. Scrambled eggs are drenched in oil, the bacon comes straight from the microwave in stacks of 5 stuck together. And the staff can barely keep up with getting the tables tidy. The word “premium” in this hotel’s name seems to be wishful thinking rather then the assessment of quality.

Amazing friendly v helpful charming staff! Everyone of them ! Lovely room overlooking river with big windows - warm and quiet with air con if needed Welcome bottle of Cava - a thoughtful surprise Nice bar too with outside seating area to watch the world go by - just had cheese board late one evening and it was great v sale for less than £10 WiFi iffy but reception have private individual routers for guests Breakfast brilliant huge choices and another treat - Prosecco and 0% free for guests to make Bucks fizz or just quaff!! Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return !!

Well equipped apartment in good distance to the city center and main attractions. Overall very comfortable. Nice view to the river. No coffee maker/pot that was promised. No room cleaning unless requested and paid extra - not an issue but something that should be flagged in the listing. Pool felt more like a big bathtub when 40+ are allowed in at the same time but the saunas were very nice and hot.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel that is in a great location. I would stay here again
