Holy Cross Mountains All inclusive Vacations

I enjoyed my stay at Lwowska 1 very much. The experience exceeded my expectation. The room was very clean. It was facing the quiet street with a large window which could be opened wide. It was precious to me as I needed fresh air from time to time. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. When I checked in, I was curious if I could secure the attic room because it looked interesting. I was, however, advised that the attic room was one grade below the room I had reserved, so it probably would not be a good idea. Mark, a very helpful staff member, upon my request showed me the attic room in person to allow me to decide what I wanted to do. He was very kind and helpful. I loved the attic room on the 4th floor, but decided to stay in the room I had originally reserved on the 1st floor. I only managed to dine in the hotel restaurant once. The food was marvellous, and I managed to enjoy the hotel guest discount. The location of the hotel is amazing. I walked to the Old Town many times during my stay, each journey was just about 20-25 minutes. Basically, it was just a simple walk on the Main Street and GPS was rarely used once I took the route once. I could also do a variation of the walk by walking on the famous bridge- the views at night were breathtaking. Also, it took less than 20 minutes to the Main Street market. Or, I could take the trams, which was nicely priced. Loved the gym and the sauna. A marvellous experience.

Lovely room, fantastic location, friendly staff in lobby (supply coffee/tea and oranges!). Would definitely recommend.

Beds uncomfortable, pillows are air and not much else. tv so old, no Netflix etc as per the smart tv's of the 2020's. Breakfast is dire in taste and no choices to avoid eating the cooked food that made us both be sick..... and more like a 2 star motel. hotel is nice and location is fab and staff are nice and helpful but I am counting the days to leaving.
