Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect location, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here when visiting Venice next time.

The bathroom faucet handle is broken.

Early check in compared to other hotels (2pm). Room was small but had all we needed. Air-conditioning was very good. Toilet constantly running so needed attention. Easy check-in and check-out. Didn't have breakfast or eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. Handy for main Venice sightseeing spots. Gondola service close to hotel and bar nice for unwind at the end of the day. No view of the canals from the hotel. Rooftop terrace but no bar up there so needed to take drinks up with you. Venice is beautiful and we will definitely return.
