Nhân viên tuyệt vời. Đặc biệt là các bạn phục vụ trên tầng ăn sáng. C Hannah ở trên đó rất nhiệt tình, nhớ khách và chăm sóc em bé nhà mình. Lần nào quay lại lên đó ăn sáng cũng thấy rất thoải mái, đồ ăn nóng sốt, đa dạng.

Good hotel overall for our first trip to Hanoi.
However, not 5 stars by western standards, funky smell in room which other reviews note, smells damp or mildly.
In comparison, some other people we met on our trip had similar or better quality/smelling rooms at hotels marked 3 and 4 star for less than half the price.
Also: Everything in this hotel such as food/drink/massage/side trips is very high priced compared to options just outside the front door on the same street.
