他のリゾートに比べると宿泊費は安いと思いますが、設備もサービスも素晴らしいです。特に食事に関しては、あそこまでの品質は期待していませんでしたが、とても良かったです。かなり努力されているものと思います。また行きたいと思います。

ホテルのフェリーでしかマレに行く手段がなく、10分の往復400ドルは高すぎる。出れない状況が閉じ込められているようにも感じた。何もしたくないただビーチでリラックスしたい人には最高。

南アリ環礁のダイビングスポットに近いリゾートです。オールインクルーシブですが、食事は選択肢があり、美味しいです。エクスカーションも充実しています。レストランやビーチビラでは虫除けはあったほうが良いですね。

Besides the fact there were roaches in both villas they put us in, the bigger issue was the fact that two of the male workers let themselves in our locked villa while we were relaxing in the pool (3 women traveling alone) after we told them we were unavailable. This was very startling and disconcerting. When we discussed it with management, they couldn’t have cared less. When I later brought my safety concerns about this incident to Barcelo corporate, they didn’t respond and instead sent my email back to the resort to once again respond to me that everything was basically no big deal and they did nothing wrong. There are plenty of resorts in Phuket… choose a different one if you are currently considering this one!
