Phenomenal stay. The reception team (and all the staff really) was incredibly welcoming and friendly and made my check-in easy! Gave great recommendations for things to do. Also the lobby port, coffee and tea were a nice touch - as well as the Expedia VIP perks. Also the location is great! Would recommend.

A fabulous place for our two nights in Lisbon. A gorgeous hotel. Initially, I was a bit worried about the location, but the hotel shuttle was very helpful for getting downtown easily. Plus, very handy to the airport. All the staff are so professional, kind and thoughtful. The back garden restaurant where breakfast is served is peaceful and serene. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location and design are excellent. Close to everything in Baixa/Chiado area. property is beautifully designed. our room was spacious and well appointed. only problem was with made our room too warm. Reported it but wasn’t solved. Second night we were provided a Dyson fan which helped a jlittle but did not solve the problem.

This hotel is absolutely charming; high end without being snooty. The staff is great and the amenities are perfect. The Library and balcony seating is wonderful. The breakfast area, whether outside or inside is delightful. Can't say enough about this gem of a hotel.
