I have stayed in this hotel few years back and it was excellent. Sadly on this occasion, I did not get the same experience. I felt that it was too pricy for what I got. The maintenance, service and quality of the beds were not as expected from Novotel hotels. The breakfast was just OK and the staff were not very friendly and lacked the proper hospitality etiquette I will not chose this hotel again.

Our home away from home! ❤️ We’ve been staying here for almost 20 years, and we absolutely love it. The location, the staff, the quality of the food, and the service are all truly superb. The staff know us by name, and there’s something so special about arriving and immediately feeling at home. The front desk is always incredibly efficient, and the concierge goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. You simply can’t beat the location, and we’re already counting down the days until next year! Until then… thank you for another unforgettable stay! 😊🇬🇷

The front desk and reception staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed and surrounded by such positive energy. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and always willing to guide us every step of the way. I have honestly never been this pleased with a hotel stay. They go above and beyond by providing so many thoughtful extras that other hotels simply don’t offer. They provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, Q-tips, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hair caps, combs, razors, shaving cream, and so much more, thoughtfully packed for each guest. Like WOW! 🥹❤️ Those little details truly made such a big difference and made us feel so cared for. And the views?! Absolutely breathtaking truly a dream! 😍🌅 I’m beyond thankful for such an incredible stay and for a team that clearly puts so much thought and care into their guests’ experience. 10/10 from start to finish! ✨

The staff were amazing. We booked this room from New Zealand for our daughter who was solo travelling. Her ferry was delayed and the hotel organised her a secure taxi from the port to the hotel in the middle of the night. They were so helpful and amazing service.
