The breakfast was excellent . So much choice and everything was fresh and tasted great . Coffee machines brilliant. Staff so helpful and friendly . So lovely with are grandchildren. Activities and pool very good for children

We stayed in the premier king room with balcony. Nice view on top floor, large space and having some free minibar items topped up each day was enjoyed by my daughter (sprite, coke, Oreos and Kit Kats:) It was also right next to infinity pool which was always very quiet and often had the space to ourselves. The resort itself is in very lush surroundings with beautiful gardens and peacocks roaming. I think some of the sections are older but ours was in the newer part. Short walks to resorts world and beaches. Option to take free resort shuttle or buses. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of all cuisines. I found it tricky being celiac as not many places catered for this- didn’t quite understand. So no gf breads etc. I just went for omelette station. Fruits and yoghurt so was fine:) staff all lovely.

I'll try to be as fair as possible, my pet staycation experience was a mixed bag. Booking staff was responsive and highly helpful, but arrival was quite a poor experience. Came at 3pm and room was not ready. No offer of dining vouchers or other service recovery given, simply had to wait. Had to wait an hour more, and room wasn't even clean then (saw leftover items from previous guest). Pet bed provisioned as part of add-on was old and ragged-looking, not even of a suitable size for my dog. Pet food and accessories box was good though, had a small bowl, lots of food and treats. Room was extremely cold at night, even after setting the air-conditioning to the warmest setting. Noise isolation was also a mixed bag - the glass doors were well-insulated because all the frog and insect noises disappeared once you went into the room. However, room-to-room noise can be clearly heard, with a sudden flush from presumably upstairs jolting us awake. Lift tiles were popping, property was otherwise decently-maintained but not extremely well. No safe paths to pet elimination areas except a narrow strip with zero handrails. The path to Tanjong beach had many faulty lights. Breakfast was quite pricey with pretty standard items. Laksa was good (no prawns), but otherwise all the food options were quite low value for money as compared to other Accor hotels. Shuttle bus was punctual, clean, and ran very frequently.

Good buffet breakfast (stayed 4 nights), good staff customer service (very prompt response regardless my request). Generally felt that every staff was focused on our happiness. Will definitely stay again if staycation-ing in Sentosa island.

The infinity pool is great for families. The shuttle for visits is resourceful and pass every 15 minutes. The walk along the marina is peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The attendants are very friendly.
