Our ac was not cooling down so a maintenance man went and did whatever he had to do
And also we had t wait for someone to bring a fan to us we had it set at 66 and it never once went below 70 the whole weekend.

Room was nice, staff was great and helpful, hotel was lovely and the breakfast area was delicious. I'm docking points however because there was a cockroach in my bathroom. By the time security arrived to take care of the cockroach, the pest was gone. Security sprayed down the room and I never saw any pest issues afterwards. I was informed I would get some compensation. I never received this compensation.
