"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The pictures online look NOTHING like in person! Originally was supposed to stay 3 nights, the first night was SO NOISY!!! And the room they had us in was in an outside like walkway made of fake cobblestone. Which meant when housekeeping would push their carts it sound like a bunch of loud rattling! We were SO EXHAUSTED from the lack of sleep! We woke up the next morning and checked out EARLY!!! Well before the check out time even! There was even a couple at the desk who were cancelling their reservation bc they came to scope out the place beforehand! We were refunded the very last night’s stay THATS IT! That was insane! We should’ve been refunded for 2 nights since we were gone WELL BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME! Worst place to stay! Definitely a 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Front desk staff was informative, polite, and helpful. A map of the hotel and surrounding area was provided and came in handy. Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, pool and hot tub were awesome!! My daughter loved everything about this place (as did the rest of the family and puppers) and the location was perfect! "
