Staff were very helpful especially on the front desk. Room was clean. The health club is separate to the hotel but access is granted by swapping your room key for a gym fob. Riverside views from the room. The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. We noticed a foul smell from the wardrobe which soaked into my friend’s clothes that she hung in there. We’re not sure what the source was, but it was awful. We didn’t try the restaurant, but were interested in the afternoon tea on offer. The waiter on shift advised we could come down at any point to enjoy it, however when we did, another member of staff advised we’d been misinformed, so not particularly happy with that.

Very nice hotel with traditional service and excellence. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff! Comfortable room. Great location for both walking and uber access! We were awoken our last morning by some construction going on in the next room - may have been emergent? (Although a little communication would have been helpful.) Overall, a very nice stay, and would return!

The property was pristine. The food was delicious. The room was big. The AC left a lot to be properly cold. It ran slow and cooled very lightly.
