Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

Love this place it’s my Home at London, the stag knows me and it’s so nice to come and feel like home!

Staff was great, but the quality of the room didn't correspond to the price segment. There was nothing "design" about it, unlike other Design Hotels we've stayed at. The room felt cheap and poorly thought-out.

Great place. Lovely vibes and very good for the price. Recommended.

Breakfast was great. Lady running the sittings however was very grumpy. Queued to get a table and was nearly forgotten as she went to show others to a table first. She also gave our table away whilst we were getting hot food from buffet selection and then blamed us for leaving the table, even though we had drinks and other food items on the table. Thankful to a lovely couple of ladies that backed us up as she did not want to offer us another table. Other than that great hotel, clean and good sized rooms and friendly, polite other staff.

This is the hotel!!!! I fully recommend everyone The Langham. Very close to everything, amazing/kind staff, cleanliness is spot on and the food is exquisite. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Absolutely first class from check-in to check-out. A stunning property that has perfected tasteful luxury throughout. Location is perfect, in the centre of London and next to the tube. Topped off by an excellent bar.

During our recent stay in London at Taj 51, we had a fabulous visit - attentive and friendly staff, an impeccably clean suite, and wonderful food. We have visited Taj every year for the past five years and continue to be impressed. This visit, however, we will remember for the events after our visit ended. When we sadly left Taj we moved to the Trafalgar Square area to a different hotel, and the horror started. Our assigned room was dirty, dated, and the toilet didn't flush. We immediately asked to be moved to another room, but the front desk said no rooms were available. We said the toilet didn't work and they sent three men who stood around while one of them tried to fix the toilet, resulting in a temporary fix. This was unacceptable. My wife was especially furious. She cried on the bed and wouldn't talk to me. I suggested we head for the bar across the street to strategize what to do next. Desperately I called Taj to try to save my marriage. The reservations agent gladly welcomed our return to Taj and asked us to arrive immediately. With our spirits lifted we left the bar and exited the terrible hotel. Arriving at Taj a concierge and bellman were waiting to carry our luggage to our suite along with my wife, her faith in humanity restored. We luxuriated and were pampered for the next 5 nights, enjoying the superb staff, service, food, and suite. We are forever grateful for the Taj team coming to our rescue. The rest of our stay was excellence. We will return very soon!

Rooms were very modern and clean, the shower was good high pressure and rainfall style. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the room as well as free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a full English break plus a pancake bar, fruit station and plenty of pastries. Only downside is that it’s not close to the tourist attractions and there’s not much nearby to do or eat.
